Intellectual Property

Both SociaLab and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project. Confidential data will not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.
Cancellation and Refunds
Clients may cancel services by providing written notice. Refunds for services already delivered are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Projects may be subject to a cancellation fee depending on progress made.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive to achieve optimal results, SociaLab does not guarantee specific marketing outcomes. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate service agreements if a client violates any of these terms, fails to make timely payments, or engages in conduct that is unlawful or harmful. Upon termination, any unpaid balances will remain due.

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Mailchimp, or Google Ads. We are not responsible for interruptions, limitations, or losses resulting from third-party tools or policies.
Governing Law
